High heat and excess sun can damage poly resin, and if you’re in an environment where the weather gets very hot, say over 100′ regularly, you may want to bring your poly resin chairs to a shady area in those times.
What is the store address in Vegas? I will be there this week and I would like to try and see if I can get some. Thank you.

Looking to save a few buck and not sacrifice quality! These folding Adirondack chairs are very similar to the stationary Adirondack chairs we offer. The chair is slightly smaller and you will not sit as deep as the stationary Adirondack, most folks that are 5'10' and shorter prefer this chair over the stationary. The ability to fold up the Adirondack chair is key for transport and winter storage if necessary. These folding Adirondack chairs will last for years with little or no maintenance. We bought two of these yesterday in Las Vegas. We felt the same way having never sat in one, and were floored by the comfort. You mentioned they sell the side table and footstool online, but I’ve not been able to find either. Do you have any tips where to find them? Particularly the table. Great review!

As he reclined in his new Adirondack chair, ice cold lemonade in hand, a huge smile spread across my hubby’s face as he said, “my vision quest has come to an end” (did I mention he’s a tad bit dramatic?).
I ordered the Basic Adirondack package in white about a year ago and I am already shopping for more! The two chairs and table held up great in the upstate NY seasons and cleaned up well this past fall for storage. (I) love they fold up and don’t take a lot of space in the shed. I live on the border of Adirondack Park so I had a lot of options for Adirondack chairs. These folks had the best price for the quality that I could find in my shopping experience.
The end product is I have 4 beautiful chairs, they are sturdy when I sit on them, and they fold beautifully. They are not the heaviest adirondacks I've seen, but they have a good weight behind them. A young adolescent could lift, but a smaller child might not be able to. When they fold, they are still rather big, but it is a nice feature if you want to move them around.
However, there are some things to remember when it comes to maintaining polyethylene furniture: Never place hot items, such as cooking dishes or candles, on poly furniture. Remember, it’s plastic. Fire and heat will melt it. Don’t forget to clean your furniture! You don’t need to do it every week, but plan to clean it several times a year to prevent minor stains from setting in. A good rule of thumb is to clean your furniture once each season — winter, spring, summer and fall. Avoid placing flowerpots or other items that could stain on poly furniture.

Over time, the design has been tweaked and improved upon. Often contemporary Adirondack chairs will feature a seashell style rounded back, and a sloping seat base for comfort. These modifications were originally the idea of Irving Wolpin, who redesigned the chair in 1938 and also received a patent on it.
